DALCHINI POWDER ( cinnamon)
SONTH POWDER ( ginger )
CUMIN POWDER ( jeera )
ELAICHI POWDER ( cardamom)
Procedure:
Get half teaspoon of different powder and mix all together.
Then, get a glass of mineral water and put half teaspoon of mixed powder to it and drink before lunch or dinner.

Suggestion when eating with people with loss appetite...rich protein foods and eat little amount of food often than regular but with an interval of 2 - 3 hours.
Until you gain appetite again and return to regular eating habits.
